My Thoughts
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the Natchez Trace Park Rangers series, but this may be my favorite. From the beginning, Bradley had me hooked with intrigue and mistaken identity.
Madison’s backstory is fleshed out and makes everything she does understandable. I couldn’t help but root from her as she struggles with the mistakes of her past and unraveling her family history. And Clayton went from being just another secondary character in the series to an incredible lead. I loved seeing their relationship progress. It wrapped up a little quickly at the end with too neat of a bow, but it was still a sweet romance.
Overall, Deception provides a compelling ending to a great suspenseful series. Romantic suspense fans will love this gripping tale.
